Step 2: Get a firm, upfront price. We price the job before we lift a finger. You see the number, you approve it, then we work.
Step 3: We haul it away. That's the whole process. No phone tag, no mystery fees, no "we'll figure it out when we get there."
What to Expect on Job Day
- We show up when we say we will, in the window we agreed on.
- We confirm the agreed price before anything moves. If the scope changes, we agree on any price change with you first — never behind your back.
- We do all the lifting, loading, and hauling. You don't touch a thing unless you want to.
- We do a basic sweep-up when we're done, so the space is left broom-clean — not just empty.
- You pay the price we agreed on. That's it.

How Pricing Works
Junk removal starts at $100 for qualifying small jobs — see the full service menu. Larger jobs are quoted individually based on four things: load size (how much space your junk takes up in the truck or trailer), labor, access (stairs, distance to the truck, that kind of thing), and disposal fees. That's it — no hourly meters running while you watch the clock.
Most jobs are priced as one flat, upfront number. Big garage cleanout? That's a bigger number than a single couch — and you'll know the number before we start, in writing or by text, your choice.
The rule never changes: the price we agree on is the price you pay — and any change in scope or pricing gets your approval before we do additional work.

A: No. We absolutely do cleanouts for customers who can't be present — with your authorization, clear instructions, and access arranged ahead of time, we'll do the whole job and send you completion photos when we're done.
